Return Policy
We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- *Books must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
- *The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- *Books purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- *Downloadable digital content, including e-books and audiobooks, is non-returnable.
- *Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Return Process:
- *Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- *Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- *Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Process:
- *Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- *Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
- *Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- *If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- *We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.
- *We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon receipt, will issue a refund or send a replacement.
6. Exchanges:
- *We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order.
7. Cancellations:
- *Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
