RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • *Books must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • *The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • *Books purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • *Downloadable digital content, including e-books and audiobooks, is non-returnable.
  • *Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process:

  • *Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • *Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • *Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund Process:

  • *Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • *Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • *Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • *If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • *We may request photos or other documentation to assess the issue.
  • *We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon receipt, will issue a refund or send a replacement.

6. Exchanges:

  • *We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order.

7. Cancellations:

  • *Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
